Terms & Conditions

1. Frankfurt European Banking Congress (hereinafter: “event”) is organised by
   
   dfv Euro Finance Group GmbH
   Mainzer Landstraße 251
   60326 Frankfurt am Main
   
   (hereinafter: „organiser“).
    

2. The following terms and conditions apply to the registration for the event via the Frankfurt EBC registration website.
    

3. The registration by a person (hereinafter: “participant”) for attendance to the event via the Frankfurt EBC registration website is not binding for the organiser and does not lead to an entitlement to access the event, unless the registration for the participant has been confirmed by the organiser by sending admission documents to the participant.
    

4. Admission documents are only valid for the participant expressly named therein. The admission documents are not transferable without the express consent of the organiser.
    

5. The event Frankfurt EBC is on personal invitation only. The organiser expressly reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of registrations and the access to the premises of the event by persons, who have not been personally invited.
    

6. The organiser is entitled to cancel or postpone the event due to force majeure or for other important reasons and to change the event location. Participants will be informed about the cancellation and changes as early as possible. Except in the event of intent or gross negligence or in case of any culpable injury to life, physical integrity or health, all claims for damages are excluded. This applies inter alia to claims for damages regarding transportation and accommodation. We therefore recommend to book transportation and accommodation rates that can be cancelled.
    

7. The organiser reserves the right to modify the event’s programme and schedule at any time.
    

8. The event will be documented by or for the organiser based on photographs and film recordings. Participants consent to the use of this documentation for print and digital media within the scope of the event. The consent granted can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future by letter to dfv Euro Finance Group GmbH, Mainzer Landstraße 251, 60326 Frankfurt am Main.
    

9. These Terms & Conditions and any legal relationship between organiser and participant are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, Frankfurt am Main, Germany is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute which may arise either directly or indirectly out of or in relation with this agreement.
